Every volunteer commits to an 8-hour event day — a 4-hour working shift and 4 hours of festival time on your own terms. In exchange, you receive complimentary entry and perks.

The full volunteer day runs 8 AM to midnight. Pick one 4-hour shift — work that block, and enjoy the rest of the festival as a guest.
Shift A — Load-In
8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Help food trucks, vendors, and artists load in. Set up tables, signage, and decor before doors open.
Shift B — Early Festival
12:00 – 4:00 PM
Doors open. Guest check-in, bar support, wayfinding, and keeping things running smoothly.
Shift C — Late Festival
4:00 – 8:00 PM
Second half of performances. Continue guest support, bar, and operations through close.
Shift D — Teardown
8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Break down vendor booths, pack equipment, clean the venue, and help artists load out.
No prior festival experience needed for most roles — just reliability and good energy. Specialized roles are noted below.
Sound Engineer Assistant
Help our lead sound engineer with stage setup, cable runs, monitor mixes, and soundchecks. Some audio experience preferred.
Mixer / Audio Tech
Assist with live mixing duties and equipment monitoring throughout performances. Basic knowledge of audio gear required.
Photographer Assistant
Support the lead photographer — carry gear, manage shot lists, wrangle group photos, and help with lighting setups.
Videographer Assistant
Help capture B-roll, crowd moments, and artist performances. Bring your own camera if you have one.
Venue Setup Crew
Tables, chairs, signage, decor, and vendor booth assembly. Physical work — wear comfortable shoes.
Teardown & Cleanup
Break down vendor areas, pack equipment, and restore the venue. Late shift only.
Door & Check-In
Welcome guests, scan tickets, manage wristbands, and answer questions. Friendly and organized.
Wayfinding & Info
Help guests navigate the venue, direct foot traffic, and provide information about the schedule and layout.
Bar Assistant
Help the bartender with drink prep, restocking, and keeping the bar area clean. Must be 21+.
General Runner
Float between teams as needed — deliver supplies, relay messages, and fill gaps wherever help is needed most.
